We at Just Move ICT and New Dawn Co. are Wichita natives who are ready and willing to bring our talents, passion, and dedication to the ICT area. Below is a little about ourselves and hopefully gives you a glance at what we can offer.
Co-Owners
Ashley Nichole
Ashley Jacobs is the Operations Manager at Just Move ICT. She has been in the fitness industry for the past 7 years. She has helped those aged 5 to 100 achieve their fitness goals through movement. She is a mother of three. One that lives with autism; who helped her get into running and fitness to help her live a healthier life. Ashley now runs ultra-marathons, and through her active lifestyle, she has maintained a loss of 70 pounds. She is a functional aging, cancer rehab, and joint rehab specialist.
Amber McVicar
Amber McVicar is the Financial Manager at Just Move ICT. She has been a personal trainer for 4 years and is NASM-certified. She also holds a Bachelor's and Master's Degree in Kinesiology and Sports Science. Amber specializes in mobility, endurance, and physical therapy continuation training. She loves helping people achieve their fitness goals no matter how small or big.
She is also the Head Cross Country Coach for Maize South High School with Ashley Nichole as her assistant.
